1983 – 2006 Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, Lecturer; 2000 till present Non Profit Foundation for the Revival and Development of Cultural Heritage of Chida Kartli Founder, Chairman; 2000 till present Art Villa Garikula, the Center for Contemporary Arts Founder.
From 2006 up today Organizer of different local and international art events; From 2009 till present Director and organizer of the annual Fest I Nova, The International Festival of Contemporary Art in Honor of The Brothers Zdanevich.
